Fun Aerobics, Jumps, Lower & Upper Body Strength
Ages-8 to 12 years of age.
Come join us for a high energy, fun class to improve cardiovascular, upper and lower body strength and improve core fitness (safe ab workout)! This will improve your fitness, making it easier for you to dance, perform, participate in sports.
***This is a first come, first serve sign up for the first 10 students to do the class in the studio. All other students who would like to do this session could do digitally/virtually on Google Meet.
