Come join us for a Self-Care filled weekend of Mobility, Stability, Flexibility, Balance, intro to Moving Meditation, Practiced Breathing & Tai Chi, Big Ball Mat Class, Body Rolling, Stretching, great company, lots of laughter, relaxing and time for just you!!!
We will have sessions throughout Saturday with lunch, afternoon and dinner breaks, evening relaxing and gathering if you want. This weekend is built for you to do as much or not as you want. You might want to retreat in your room, lounge or hike outdoors, take advantage of the hot springs, take as many of the offered sessions as you want, take naps, eat snacks all day! Make this retreat a self care weekend!
We have a block of rooms for our retreat at the Saratoga Hot Springs Resort. Shawn Casey will have information on lodging. Participants will need to book their own rooms.
